Dr. Sami Jantunen is a post-doctoral researcher at Lappeenranta University of Technology. He has managed several research projects together with industrial partners in the fields of Software Engineering, as well as Management and Leadership. Prior to joining LUT, he led software development organizations in Beijing and Kuala Lumpur.

His research interests are related to human aspects of Software Engineering and include topics such as dealing with complexity, organizational sensemaking, leadership, project management, requirements engineering and working life.
